The Palstar DL2K 2000 Watt dummy load was born out of the need for a dummy load that allows for more time to tune your amp. Most dummy loads don’t have the real world power capability needed by Ham operators who use a high-power amplifier. Palstar’s solution: the DL2K that can handle 2000W for 1 minute, or 400W continuously. The DL2K has thermostatically controlled fan cooling, so the fan only runs when needed, or it can be switched on to run continuously.
